Huangpu Wenchong received the first domestic electric official ship order On November 26, Huangpu Wenchong signed a contract for the construction of a marine dangerous goods emergency command ship with the Shenzhen Maritime Safety Administration. The ship will be the first ship in China to be able to propel with pure batteries, safely navigate the dangerous gas areas at sea and evacuate people. Guo Xiubin, deputy director of Shenzhen Maritime Safety Administration, Li Xiaoping, deputy director of 708, Yu Ling, deputy general manager of China Classification Society, and Li Wei, deputy general manager of the company attended the event.
The design and construction of the ship has filled the gaps in the rescue and command of ships at sea in China, and achieved major innovations and breakthroughs, reaching the world's leading level. It not only provides a strong guarantee for the safe operation of Shenzhen Dapeng Bay LNG hub port, but also provides benchmarking for the construction of China's subsequent marine dangerous goods emergency command ship. It is reported that the ship was designed by CSSC 708. The ship has a total length of 78 meters, a ship width of 12.8 meters, a depth of 5.5 meters, a design speed of not less than 18 knots, and an endurance of 1000 nautical miles. It is equipped with a generator/power battery pack hybrid electric propulsion and double full-turn propeller, and has DP1 power positioning capability; Equipped with a powerful integrated information processing and real-time transmission system, with high intelligence and high level of information, it will serve as an emergency on-site command center; equipped with hazardous gas detection/detection systems, oil recovery radar, emergency medical rescue cabins and related medical equipment facilities. Helicopter platform; equipped with the nation's first ship safety protection system, can maintain positive pressure of the cabin, and the airtightness of the upper building and the main hull meets the highest international standards, ensuring safe navigation in dangerous gas areas at sea.
The ship is China's first electric official ship, and it is also the first time that Huangpu Wenchong built a battery-powered ship. Two sets of 650 kWh high-performance lithium battery packs were installed on the ship. The power battery will supply power to the whole ship in the dangerous gas area at sea, ensuring that the ship will last for no less than 2 hours at 7 knots. The noise level of the ship can reach the highest level of COMF (NOISE I) of China Classification Society. The comfort will be the quietest modern ship in our country. Power battery technology has been widely used in the automotive industry. Compared with fuel and gas, the use of power battery propulsion not only ensures the safety of the ship in hazardous gas areas, but also achieves zero emissions of pollutants such as sulfur and nitrogen and PM2.5 particles. With the development of battery technology, battery power will become one of the important development directions of ship energy. According to the plan of Shenzhen City, by 2020, the annual LNG throughput of Dapeng Bay Port Area in Shenzhen will reach 20 million tons, which will become the world's largest LNG hub port area. In order to protect the safety of the port area and protect people's lives and property, the Shenzhen Maritime Safety Administration proposed the construction of an emergency command ship for dangerous goods at sea, and received strong support from the Maritime Safety Administration of the Ministry of Transport and Shenzhen. The ship will be used for navigation monitoring of LNG ships, monitoring of anchorages, and safety supervision of dangerous goods terminals and operating waters in jurisdictions, as well as on-site comprehensive emergency command including dangerous goods accident emergency. Huangpu Wenchong has maintained a good cooperative relationship with China's maritime system. From 1999 to 2008, the company has built two 619A 45m maritime vessels, five 619B 45m maritime vessels and five 60m patrol vessels. The two sides have formed a profound friendship. Since last year, the company has seized the market opportunity for the transformation and upgrading of China's maritime equipment. It has successively undertaken construction contracts for large-scale 10,000-class maritime patrol vessels, 60-meter B-type patrol vessels, and 60-meter B-type patrol vessels of the Hainan Maritime Safety Administration. . Among them, after the completion of the large-scale maritime patrol boat in Guangdong, it will be the largest and strongest maritime ship in China.
