The first LNG ship out of the Hudong Zhonghua Yamal project
The “LNG DUBHE” wheel (H1810A), the first ship of the Yamal project built by Hudong Zhonghua, was successfully unloaded, and the integrity of the company’s LNG ship was the highest. This series of ships is the largest and most advanced large-film LNG carrier independently developed and built by China. The total length of the ship is 295 meters and the capacity is 174,000 cubic meters. It is also the first LNG carrier in China to use the dual-fuel low-speed diesel engine. The ship began to be docked in May, and the second assembly team of the final assembly team took the refined management as the carrier, took the cost control as the starting point, and paid close attention to the integrity of the intermediate products in the docking stage to shorten the pre-planning work of the terminal construction. The enclosure system is the longest line of construction during the construction of the LNG ship. The world's major shipyards are all docked and then subjected to strength test construction. The construction team broke through the routine, boldly innovated, and advanced the strength test to the half-ship phase in the dock, creating favorable conditions for shortening the dock cycle. At the same time, the module, equipment pre-installation and other aspects are optimized. All departments, work areas and labor teams work together to solve on-site problems in a timely manner. At the time of docking, the structural structure of the whole ship is over, the coating of the ballast tank is completed, the pipeline tightness of the whole ship is completed 24 times, the cable laying of the whole ship is completed 70%, and the power supply board is energized. The deck cryogenic pipe module includes machinery. The large module hoisting is over. The four cargo tanks have all been rolled out. The installation of the main tank of the fourth tank is completed. The tightness of the third compartment is completed. The tightness of the second compartment begins. The installation of the secondary insulation of the ballast tank is completed. Russia is the world's most natural gas-rich country, mainly concentrated in the Yamal region on the edge of the Arctic Ocean. The Yamal Upstream Project is the largest cooperative project between China and Russia implemented after the “Belt and Road Initiative” initiative. Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, China is speeding up the control of air pollution. Domestic demand for clean energy is extremely strong. In 2018, China’s LNG imports reached a new high. Large imports of LNG are inseparable from LNG carriers as "transfusion vessels." The LNG ship built by Hudong Zhonghua has opened up the “sea silk road” to promote trade prosperity. It is of far-reaching significance for building a source of clean energy from beautiful China, and for diversifying China's energy imports and improving energy structure. In the near future, the Arctic Circle will welcome the LNG ship built by Hudong Zhonghua and implement the instructions of the central leadership to ensure that clean energy can be “returned” after “buy”.
