Huangpu Wenchong has another 4 new ship orders effective
Four alternative orders for Huangpu Wenchong have been confirmed recently, including two container ships from Dexiang Shipping and two bulk carriers from Intercontinental Shipping. 
It is understood that on September 11, CSSC Huangpu Wenchong Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. and China State Shipbuilding Trading Co., Ltd. and Dexiang Shipping successfully signed a 2+2 1900TEU container ship construction contract in Guangzhou and Taiwan through "cloud signing". This is the fourth-generation BangkokMax new container ship independently developed by Huangpu Wenchong. Huangpu Wenchong has complete independent intellectual property rights. It is also the first time that the company has received a batch order for a container ship independently developed by the company. The ship has a total length of 172 meters, a width of 27.5 meters, and a structural draft of 10 meters. It is planned to serve in Southeast Asia. On December 16, 2019, Huangpu Wenchong signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Intercontinental Shipping, and signed a contract for the construction of 4+4 bulk carriers of 85,000 dwt independently developed and designed by Huangpu Wenchong. The two coming into effect this time are expected to be in 2023 Yearly delivery. The ship has a total length of 228.9 meters, a width of 36 meters, a depth of 20.15 meters, a design draft of 11.8 meters, a structural draft of 14 meters, and a structural draft of approximately 85,000 dwt.
