New Hantong delivers the first jack-up wind power installation platform for Three Gorges New Energy
"Three Gorges Energy 001" has a total length of 85.8m, a width of 40m, a depth of 7m, a design draft of 5.2m, a pile leg length of 91m, a crew of 40, a self-holding capacity of 30 days, a maximum operating water depth of 50m, a deck area of 2,000 square meters, equipped with an 800-ton, 25m-round pile main crane; Equipped with advanced equipment, with the domestic mainstream high-power wind unit model hoisting capacity, can transport the fan and foundation to the wind power site, and positioning and installation. As the first wind power tool created by New Hantong for the Three Gorges New Energy Project, on the premise of summarizing the previous experience in the construction of many wind power installation platforms and offshore wind power construction, the design is further optimized and many technical highlights are created: the total length of the pile leg reaches 91 meters, which can adapt to the hoisting operation of more machines; Equipped with two kinds of pile punching system, high pressure water and high pressure air, which greatly reduces the operation time of pile pulling and improves the safety of pile pulling. The 800 ton main crane is equipped with a cross hook head, which can realize the single hook turning of the tower barrel and improve the working efficiency. Equipped with internal circulating water system, through the ballast tank/standby seawater tank to achieve internal cooling water circulation; The net height of living cabin is higher than that of traditional ship, which effectively improves the comfort of living for crew and construction workers. The cab adopts octahedral design, equipped with upper and lower glass, the cab view is more open. The ship has been highly rated by the customer for a range of outstanding performance. 
The platform started construction in November last year and was launched in April this year. Once put into operation, it can be used for the installation of offshore wind power equipment in Liaoning, Jiangsu, Fujian, Guangdong and other different sea areas. It will effectively relieve the pressure on ships under construction, further expand the offshore wind power market, and improve the large-scale operation and maintenance capacity of offshore wind power. |
