China's first system! Hudong China built the first LNG-FSRU named

The ship combines all the functions of a conventional LNG carrier and a conventional land-based terminal, with LNG transport, reception, storage and regasification functions. As a LNG carrier, its hull line incorporates the most advanced multi-objective optimization design concept, with a design speed of up to 19.5 knots, comparable to the current mainstream LNG carrier, and its hull size fully considers the compatibility of more than 100 major LNG shore stations around the world, and can reach the world. As FSRU, the ship equipped with the latest generation of open water/ethylene glycol and closed steam heating/ethylene glycol heating composite composed of heating systems, can apply to various temperatures, regasification transmission capacity of 4 million tons/year, become a veritable sea natural gas by liquid to the gas pipe network of one-stop solution. High reliability, can be normal continuous low temperature operation Compared to traditional LNG carriers, the cryogenic system of the vessel in FSRU mode will operate normally and can operate 24 hours a day for a long period of time to deliver gaseous natural gas to the onshore pipeline network steadily and continuously. At the same time, the working conditions of parallel operation in FSRU mode are much more complicated than those of LNG ship, and there are compound working conditions, such as loading and unloading of cargo in tank, shut-down maintenance of empty tank and synchronous regasification outward transport. The control of flash steam treatment system and regasification outward transport system is very complicated. Important systems of the unit are designed with redundancy, such as four main generators, two engines and two propellers, three gasification chains, and space for the fourth gasification chain, etc. The main electromechanical and cargo systems are designed to meet the Single Point of Failure Mode (FMEA) design requirements on demand to ensure the safe and stable operation of the whole ship system in the case of single point of failure.
