The construction team of the optimized 13000-ton multi-purpose heavy lift ship No.4 (H1694A) successfully completed two crane weight tests on September 7 after returning home from its trial voyage on August 26, setting a record for the shortest crane weight test of a series of ships.

The optimized multi-purpose heavy lift ship is equipped with two crane cranes, with lifting capacity of 450 tons per crane. Meanwhile, it is difficult and risky to complete the combined lifting test of two crane cranes of 900 tons. The third general assembly department made overall arrangements to successfully overcome the problems of large hatch cover and late arrival of crane, and completed the commissioning and preparation of crane before the trial voyage.
