Three ships out of dock
On the morning of June 6, the 180,000-ton bulk carrier H1494 “Shandong Dehong” built by Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding for Shandong Shipping was successfully docked at the company's No. 2 dock. The company's deputy general manager Zhang Wei and representatives of relevant departments attended the docking ceremony.
On June 8th, Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding built another 180,000-ton bulk carrier H1493, Shandong Delong, and a 210,000-ton bulk carrier H1487, built for Sinokor, a South Korean ship of Shandong Shipping. Also realized docking. The company's deputy general manager Zhang Wei and representatives of relevant departments attended the docking ceremony.
The H1494, H1493 and H1487 ships out of the dock are all equipped with desulfurization and denitrification devices, which meet the latest environmental protection requirements and can adapt to various routes. The ship docking system integrity of the three ships has been greatly improved. Before the docking, the overall polishing of the engine room has been completed. The structure painting of the ballast tanks and cargo tanks has been completed. Part of the cargo hatch hatches have been completed with hydraulic power cabins and built. , Engine room shed structure and other aspects have made major breakthroughs compared to the previous ships of the series. Among them, H1487 and H1493 took only 37 days from docking to half-ship floating, and 40 days from half-ship floating to full ship docking. The "Double 40" target of the dock was successfully achieved, in order to further shorten the dock cycle and improve production Efficiency laid the foundation.
Two ships trial
At 5:30 a.m. on June 5, Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding left the pier 1 for the 210,000-ton bulk carrier H1480 built by American Forma Shipping Co., Ltd. for sea trials. At 7:30 in the morning on June 8, the company's second H1491 ship, a series of 180,000-ton bulk carriers built for Shandong Shipping, left the company's Pier 3, and began its sea trial.
