Guangdong COSCO Shipyard delivered the third 1750TEU container ship 67 days in advance
Su Wenwei, general manager of Guangdong Zhongyuan Shipping Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. signed the delivery documents with the ship's representative Mr. Mircea Rosca, the company's team members, manufacturing, management, quality management personnel, and Lloyd's Register of Shipping (LR), shipowners' supervision team, and senior crew. The representatives witnessed the signing ceremony. The 1750TEU series container ship has a total length of 172 meters, a width of 28.4 meters, a depth of 14.2 meters and a design draught of 8.5 meters. It is a standard feeder container ship with two cranes and can hold 492 refrigerators. 
On the eve of the trial flight, the project team firmly believed, carefully planned and rationally arranged the labor force, and quickly completed the remaining 70 operations in the month before the trial flight, and promoted the ship to be delivered to completion, which was highly recognized by the shipowner. The condition of the ship is scheduled to sail. Driven by the continuous deepening of “Kawasaki”, Guangdong COSCO Shipbuilding Heavy Industry 1750TEU project team fully utilized the advantages of series ship construction, summed up experience, and continuously improved and optimized technical design, construction planning, production process, process engineering, tooling application, and promoted each The integrity of the construction phase is improved, achieving 100% completion of all construction nodes on time. The N741 project systems were basically completed during the trial phase, and the entire ship paint was completed, laying the foundation for signature delivery 2 days after the trial. At present, Guangdong COSCO SHIPPING Heavy Container Lines are under continuous construction, and the data has been continuously improved year by year, in order to make the results of the project delivery of “Kawasaki”. With the deepening of “Kawasaki”, Guangdong COSCO Shipyard will continuously improve the construction, quality and design level of the follow-up projects of this series of container ships, and strive to achieve full advance delivery of the series of ships. |
