Hudong Zhonghua's first dual-fuel 22,000-ton ship completed the whole ship
In July and August, there were many extreme high-temperature weathers. Coupled with the impact of the “Litchma” typhoon, the continuous lifting plan was interrupted several times and the production schedule was greatly affected. Changxing Shipbuilding constantly adjusts its production plan, revitalizes internal resources, and borrows fine soldiers to participate in construction. With the unremitting efforts of the construction team for nearly 30 days, the production schedule was regained, the cargo area was built in an orderly manner, and the production mode of dual docking was formed with the No. 2 dock. Since the fuel tank section of the ship is pre-loaded, the 52C, 53C, 56C, and 57C side sections must be fitted by the loading method, which puts new requirements on the hull precision. The loading department strictly monitors the welding sequence, overcomes the difficulty in the installation accuracy of the anchor chain in the 80E section, and ensures the smooth lifting of the side sill; communicates with the relevant departments to solve a number of OCR impact projects and compresses the production cycle. At present, the 6 pairs of ballast tanks of the ship are being painted and polished, and half of the cargo tanks are submitted for trial operation. |
