New vulcanization process improves rubber product performance
Before the rubber has not been vulcanized, no cross-linking occurs between the molecules, so the physical and mechanical properties are lacking and the utility value is not great. When the rubber is added with a vulcanizing agent, heat treatment or other ways can cause cross-linking between the rubber molecules, forming a three-dimensional network structure, thereby greatly improving its performance, especially the rubber's tensile stress, elasticity, hardness, tensile strength Such as a series of physical and mechanical properties will be greatly improved.
Injection molding The most obvious difference between ordinary moulding and injection is that the former is charged into the mould cavity in a cold state, while the latter is heated and mixed with the compound and injected into the mould cavity near the vulcanization temperature. Therefore, during the injection process, the heat provided by the heated stencil is only used to maintain the vulcanization. It can quickly heat the compound to 190°C to 220°C. In the molding process, the heat provided by the heated template is first used to preheat the rubber. Due to the poor thermal conductivity of the rubber, if the product is thick, it takes a long time for the heat to be transferred to the product center. The use of high-temperature vulcanization can also shorten the operation time to a certain extent, but often leads to scorching at the edge of the product near the hot plate.
