China's first lithium battery hybrid marine official ship launched
On April 28, China Shipbuilding Huangpu Wenchong Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. launched the Shenzhen Dangerous Goods Emergency Command Ship "Deep Sea 01" at the Changzhou Plant. Li Wei, Director of the Shenzhen Maritime Safety Administration, Li Jun, Director of the Evaluation Center of the Shenzhen Development and Reform Commission, Yin Xiang, Chief Engineer of China Classification Society Guangzhou Branch, Li Xiaoping, deputy director of 708, and other leaders and guests attended the ceremony.
The ship is China's first electric / battery hybrid marine vessel and China's first offshore official vessel that uses lithium batteries as hybrid propulsion power. The ship adopts double-deck propulsion, which can be propelled by pure battery, navigate safely in the dangerous gas area at sea and implement personnel evacuation and rescue. A benchmark.
"Deep Sea 01" was designed by the 708th Research Institute of China Shipbuilding Corporation. It is understood that this is the first time in the world that a cabin micro-positive pressure maintenance system has been used to implement monitoring and monitoring and navigation operations in the offshore LNG diffusion area. The gap in the industry has been greatly promoted, which has effectively promoted the application of power battery technology in China's offshore ships.
The "Deep Sea 01" ship has a total length of about 78 meters, a model width of 12.8 meters, a model depth of 5.5 meters, a design draft of 3.4 meters, and a full-load displacement of about 1,450 tons. The ship uses "diesel-electric" hybrid electric propulsion with 3 diesel generator sets (3X2080kW) plus 2 sets of lithium iron phosphate power batteries (2X750kWh), dual full-rotation pod thrusters, with DP 1 power positioning function. The ship has a capacity of 60 people, a design speed of not less than 18 knots, a wind resistance class of 12, and an endurance of 1,000 nautical miles. The noise level of the whole ship at berth is controlled according to the highest level of ship noise of China Classification Society. There is a helicopter take-off and landing platform to meet the current domestic main sea rescue helicopter take-off and landing use. Equipped with advanced equipment (facilities) such as liquefied natural gas (LNG) gas detection system, ship air pollutant emission detection system, sea surface oil spill monitoring radar, X-band explosion-proof radar and underwater robot (ROV), independently developed and designed to take into account marine law enforcement , An integrated information system for emergency command and ship management.
"Deep Sea 01" is a professional dangerous goods emergency command ship that can be used for monitoring and monitoring, accident emergency, and personnel rescue in dangerous gas diffusing areas such as liquefied natural gas (LNG). After the ship is put into use, it will be responsible for safety supervision, oil spill monitoring, atmospheric monitoring and accident emergency in Shenzhen waters. According to the construction progress, the ship will be officially put into service in Shenzhen this year.
