"Deep Sea 01" was designed by the 708th Research Institute of China Shipbuilding Corporation. The ship uses "diesel-electric" hybrid electric propulsion with 3 diesel generator sets (3X2080kW) plus 2 sets of lithium iron phosphate power batteries (2X750kWh), dual full-rotation pod thrusters, with DP 1 power positioning function. The ship has a capacity of 60 people, a design speed of not less than 18 knots, a wind resistance class of 12, and an endurance of 1,000 nautical miles. "Deep Sea 01" is a professional dangerous goods emergency command ship that can be used for monitoring and monitoring, accident emergency, and personnel rescue in dangerous gas diffusing areas such as liquefied natural gas (LNG).
