The 325,000-ton ore ship No. 6 is the eighth ship out of the dock in the series. The ship carried out the docking and half-ship closure on September 8 this year, and the ship was out of the dock on December 7, achieving the shortest cycle of the series.

During the construction in the dock, Beichuan Heavy Industry organized a special topic to optimize the construction process of the shaft and rudder system in the dock. The rudder system was installed in advance during the bearing processing and press-fitting period, and the detachable rudder blade was welded and painted in advance, effectively shortening The construction period of the shaft and rudder system in the dock; pay close attention to the integrity of the piping system in the dock, and complete the installation and tightness test of 39 piping systems before leaving the dock, with a completion rate of 76.5% for the whole ship system; complete related generators and trains In preparation, the generator-related systems, electrical, and centralized control room have all been completed, creating favorable conditions for the commissioning of underwater generators, subsequent equipment commissioning, and ship trials.
