15 new ships signed and 4 ships delivered! Yangfan Group receives a single delivery ship double harvest
Shanghai Jinjiang Shipping (Group) Co., Ltd. is a container liner shipping company under Shanghai Port Group, and also the main shipping company in Asia. It is famous for its high quality service and has high standards for ships and shipyards. This project adopted the public bidding method, and Yangfan Group Co., Ltd. stood out from many competitors and won the bid and signed the contract successfully, which reflects the shipowner's high recognition of Yangfan Group's construction strength and reputation in the field of container feeder ships. On May 17, 2021, Yangfan Group Co., Ltd. officially signed the construction contract of 4 1868TEU Bangkok-type regional container ships with its old customer, German ship owner Vega Reederei. The company has ordered a series of container ships from Yangfan Group. Vega Reederei's managing partner expressed confidence in the shipyard's delivery of this batch of ships in 2022 and the quality and brand of Yangfan. This ship is of the same type as the four 1868TEU branch line container ships signed by Yangfan Group and Zhejiang Port Shipping on March 20, 2020. On April 29, 2021, Yafan Group Co., Ltd. and another German shipowner H.Vogamann Reederei signed 4+2 open hatch type 40000DWT bulk carriers. The order has been effective since May 7, 2021. Option orders for two of these vessels will be announced prior to 31 July 2021, subject to the owner's option. Designed by the Shanghai Ship Research and Design Institute (SDARI), the bulk carrier has a length of 179.95 meters, a width of 32 meters and a depth of 15 meters. According to the plan, the four bulk carriers will be delivered to the shipowners in the second half of 2022. On March 5, 2021, Yangfan Group Co., Ltd successfully signed a contract for the construction of a 20,000-ton crude oil tanker. The contracted vessel has a length of 158.69 meters, a width of 27 meters, a deadweight draft of 9.5 meters, and a design draft of 8.5 meters. The deadweight ton is about 23,000 tons. The main engine has a power of 4200kW and a design speed of 13 knots. In the first half of the year, all production nodes of Yangfan Group have been carried out in an orderly manner. So far, 4 ships have been successfully delivered. 
After the Spring Festival this year, the shipbuilding construction node of Yangfan Group Co., Ltd. is busy and orderly. Its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhejiang East Coast Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., is building four 1868TEU container ships under construction. The first two ships have been docked on February 20, 2021 and April 9, 2021 respectively. The first ship will be docked and outfitted on June 28, 2021. Construction of the latter two vessels started on 10 November 2020 and are scheduled to be docked in June and July 2021 respectively. Construction of the first ship of the series began on September 17, 2020. On March 24, 2021, a 25,000-ton chemical tanker contracted by Zhejiang East Coast Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yangfan Group Co., Ltd., was officially signed and delivered to the shipowner. On May 8, 2021, a 7000m³ rake suction boat project contracted by Yangfan Group was officially signed and delivered to the ship-owner by its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhoushan Dashenzhou Shipbuilding Co., Ltd.
