The 23000TEU dual-fuel ship is the world's first ultra-large container ship with thin-film bunker and dual-fuel propulsion. Priority has been given to fuel and gas endurance tests of the main engine during the trial, and gas-related tests, speed measurement, unmanned engine room and other projects have been efficiently completed, and all projects have passed at one time. At the same time, opinions elimination, written information sorting, equipment demonstration and delivery preparation work were also completed simultaneously to ensure that the delivery of the ship lay a solid foundation. Under the correct leadership of the company and with the joint efforts of the trial team, Hudong China has created an engineering miracle and achieved a complete success in the world's first "two-and-one" trial. Compared with the previous two trial mode, the trial period was shortened by 142 hours, saving 400 tons of diesel oil and 220 tons of fuel oil, and saving a lot of tug pilotage and trial costs, which truly improved the quality and efficiency. |
