At present, the state project of CNPC has entered the construction stage, and the site construction is in full swing. The Shanghai LNG technical team has made great efforts to overcome the impact of the epidemic and led the implementation of the ship construction supervision of the project. At present, the first ship of the project is about to be docked, the construction of each section of No.2 ship has started successively, and the steel plate of No.3 ship has been cut smoothly. Based on the previous experience in the construction of the two vessels, the parties will promote the upgrading and optimization of the construction and supervision process of the No. 3 vessel to ensure high quality delivery of the vessel. The state project of CNPC is a model project jointly built by COSCO Marine Energy, CNPC and Hudong Shipyard. Through the establishment of an energy industry chain development mode of "mutual integration, mutual communication, symbiosis and win-win" among large ship-owners, large cargo owners and large shipyards, central enterprises fully demonstrate the role of state-owned enterprises as the main force, and lay a solid development opportunity for the construction of a new double-cycle development pattern and the implementation of the 14th Five-Year Development Plan. As the first LNG transportation project with the background of operation, management and construction in China, the CNPC State Project embodies the firm confidence of COSCO Marine Energy, CNPC State Project and Hudong Shipyard in the integrated development of the LNG industry chain. During the construction process of the project ships, all parties have made timely epidemic prevention and control plans, detailed epidemic prevention regulations such as on-site inspection, factory inspection, and open box acceptance, institutionalized and normalized epidemic prevention work, made efforts to overcome the impact of the epidemic, advanced the shipbuilding schedule according to the node, and made every effort to ensure the delivery of new ships of the project on time with high quality.
