On August 24, the Dexiang 2700TEU 2# H5682 built by CSSC Whampoa Wenchong Shipbuilding Co., LTD. Ship H5682 began loading in the horizontal slipway on 23 February and was launched on 18 June. In the process of construction, the time to loosen the hook in the slipway stage is 30% less than that of the first ship, and 100% of the bow half ship can be lifted in place at one time. After careful planning, the department created favorable conditions for coating, and realized the engine room sealing and coating before launching, which significantly improved the comprehensive score of launching integrity of container ships compared with the previous. Create favorable conditions for the main motor vehicle and its trial run.
In the past, shafting centering, connecting and weighing of the main engine were carried out after docking/launching for container ships and bulk carriers, and the construction period was about 20 days. H5682 ship transferred the initial adjustment of the main engine shafting load to the slipway on the basis of the first ship construction, and the construction period of the main engine shafting was shortened to 11 days after launching. In addition, a construction process standard document has been formed, which will be promoted and applied in the subsequent 1,900-box and 85K bulk carriers, which will help shorten the terminal cycle and accumulate valuable experience for the promotion of this work in the third department of shipbuilding industry.
The launching and trial period of H5682 is 61 days, which is 25 days shorter than that of the first ship, and it has broken the record of the shortest mooring test period of box ship wharf in Longhu Factory!
The ship was launched on June 18 and completed the empty ship test on August 7. Compared with the first ship, the production efficiency has been improved. At 17:05 on August 17th, the main engine went smoothly, and the survey was completed at 18:10. On August 18th, the inspection of the main engine was completed, which took only one day. There are serious cross-operations in cargo compartment coating, hatch cover installation, test box and other processes. The project team focuses on coordination and decision-making to ensure the production plan and ensure the safe and orderly progress of all work.
H5682's trial process organization and equipment performance test have been well received by ship owners and ship survey. The completion rate of pre-trial commissioning system and ITP inspection project reached 100%. The test of the empty ship and the test box can be completed in one week (4.5 days for the inspection in the cabin and 2.5 days for the test box of the hatch cover), the commissioning system of cargo compartment painting and valve remote control is improved compared with that of the first ship, and the finishing before the trial is 35% lower than that of the first ship.
