Wushan Group delivered 4,000 HP LNG-powered guard supply bow ship
This is another LNG-powered guardian tender delivered by WCSC, following the first production vessel of the 4,000-hp LNG-powered guardian tender (with SPS type), "Haiyang Oil 540", which was delivered on October 18. Leaders and guests from China Oilfield Services Co., LTD., Cnooc Zhanjiang Branch, And Wuchang Shipbuilding Industry Group Co., Ltd. attended the ship delivery activity and witnessed the signing of the ship delivery confirmation letter of "Cnooc 545". The "Cnooc 545" is the first of the "Two Type Eight" 4,000-hp LNG-powered guard supply ship series built by WCSC for China Oilfield Service. It is 65 meters long, 15.20 meters wide, 6.60 meters deep and 4.20 meters draft. The 4,000-horsepower LNG-powered guard supply ship is a new low-carbon and environmentally friendly Marine engineering ship, mainly used for offshore oil and gas exploration and exploitation, as well as offshore platforms and mobile facilities to provide supplies, guard, rescue, watch and other tasks. Both ships are equipped with dual fuel generator sets and are powered by LNG. Under LNG fuel mode, the main engine emissions meet THE REQUIREMENTS of IMO Tier III. They are the first oilfield guardian supply ships to use LNG clean fuel in China and will play a leading role in promoting the use of LNG clean energy for ships. In the process of ship design, construction and commissioning, China Oilfield Services Co., LTD., Shanghai Jiahao Offshore Engineering Research and Design Co., LTD., CCS Wuhan Institute of Specifications, CCS Wuhan Drawing Review Center, CCS Wuhan Branch Construction Office and other relevant units work together and cooperate extensively. In the overall planning, basic design and detailed design, the interpretation of the natural gas power shipping standard 2017 implementation and LNG risk assessment, design drawings and documents review and opinions to carry out the core equipment, ship system configuration and commissioning group in aspects such as policy, worked hard, security state of curing technology, ensures that the two ship each node is completed, And fill a number of LNG powered Marine engineering ship regulations, norms blank.
