Yangzhou COSCO Shipping Heavy Industry Co., Ltd delivers the first 114,000-ton refined oil product carrier of FSL
Yang Feng, vice general manager of Yangzhou COSCO Shipping Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., signed the ship delivery agreement with the representative of the shipowner. This series of ship length 249.90 meters, 44.00 meters wide, 21.50 meters deep, LR2 type products carrier for unlimited area, except equipped with selective catalytic reduction (SCR) installations, also equipped with open desulfurization tower, can simultaneously satisfy the ship emissions requirements and NOx emissions control area (ECA) will begin in 2020 on the implementation of SOx emission requirements, classification of DNV, GL classification society. During the construction of the ship, COSCO Shipping Heavy Industry Yangzhou had good communication with the shipowner, and worked together to overcome the difficulties of the shipowner's supervision team members, service providers and ship receiving crew not being able to come to the factory due to the epidemic, and successfully realized the ship delivery on schedule. "FSL SUEZ" has been recognized by the shipowner for its excellent product quality, and the smooth delivery of the ship has laid a solid foundation for the subsequent cooperation between COSCO Shipping Heavy Industry Yangzhou and Prime /FSL shipowner.
